This flapper replacement works perfectly, but it isn't a 'plug and play' replacement; it has to be dialed in to match your toilet:
First, DO NOT destroy or dispose of the cardboard backing sheet that this replacement flapper comes with - it has important adjustment information on the back you'll need to make this flapper work with your particular toilet.
You'll find the model number of your toilet printed inside of your toilet tank. You need to find your model number on the back of that cardboard backing sheet and adjust the flapper according to their instructions. It isn't difficult, but the job would be infinitely more difficult without following their instructions .
My toilet still didn't flush as well as it did with the older flapper. Removing one more link from the chain fixed my problem entirely, now it's good as new.
