    Very good low cost zigbee plug and repeater that works with Home Assistant Zigbee2MQTT or Deconz. Better than my previous go to, the IKEA plug. This one has a button for manual control, the ikea one does not

    The markings on the back show only ETL(us) certified, but if you look up the product code on the ETL directory they are certified against Canadian UL and CSA standards. Just google "ETL certification directory" and put in the product code 3RSP019BZ

    I'll start with the good. Three out of four paired flawlessly. They are in my Home Assistant environment. They also work perfectly with a nearly instantaneous response. If it wasn't for the issue with the fourth plug I'd recommend these. Highly.

    The fourth plug, no matter what I tried to do had issues. It was very difficult to pair. (For pairing, the plug should flash red, this was flashing red/green most of the time). Resetting was very difficult. When it finally did, it paired to Home Assistant and worked for less than a minute. Then it failed.

    I went back to the first three plugs to see if it might be a Home Assistant issue. I successfully paired (after removing) to SmartThings and Alexa. I then tried to pair this fourth plug to Alexa or SmartThings. It would not.

    You might have better luck than I did. If you do get four good plugs, well, they are great. Especially at the current cost.

    (Typically, I'd add a plug to my environment as needed. I only needed two now. The faulty plug was the second I tried. If I had picked two good plugs first I would certainly have passed the return window).

    These works very well with SmartThings though I see no evidence of them ever being used to repeat a signal. That is why I bought them and no device I have is using them in their path to my hub and they should be! Don’t buy for the repeat function. Get the Zi Aeotec repeater, it works!
