Evangelist Ssemugoma Francisco, was born on 7th/ December/1982, became a Born Again Christian in 2001 while in High school and joined Mbuya Pentecostal Church under Bishop Henry Minani, he is also affiliated to Christian Heritage Foundation, under Bishop Stuart Sserebe, where he ministers as an Evangelist and translator. The Lord called him to be an Evangelist in 2003. While in the Islamic University In Uganda (Kampala Campus) doing a Bachelors in Mass Communication, he was introduced to the knowledge of Islam and Arabic, thus he ministers the gospel to the Moslems and he has won many to Christ.
He also owns a Diploma in Law from Law development Center in Uganda, a Bachelors and Masters in theology from California River of life University. He has preached the gospel in most parts of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi.
He also features on many local Christian TVs and Radios in Uganda, teaching the Christian sound doctrine to the masses.
He is one of the interpreters/translators of His Excellency Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the President of the Republic of Uganda and also the Chairman of Non-Aligned Movement [NAM] 2024-2027.
