I really like this Bread Proofing Basket. It has no unpleasant smell, the quality is great and its very sturdy. My old proofing basket was too large, each fermentation took a long time, and the resulting bread was too big to store easily. This one is just the right size for my oven. I can bake two breads at a time, which are easier to store and last a long time!
