    I got these to help my grip strength for the upcoming baseball season. I needed something that would really work my thumb and hand out to help reduce the risk of getting catchers hand.

    Pros:

    1. Easy to use, adjustable tension or use different rings in your hand
    2. Rings are small and easy to keep in my work bag, so I can use it at my desk while pondering
    3. Good amount of tension to get your hand working in 5-10 minute increments

    Cons: None so far, it is doing what i would expect.

    Over all, I am very happy with this device, it will help reduce my injury's in the coming season by getting my hand stronger.

    This set of a grip strength training products is a real mixed bag, thankfully, it's very inexpensive, because if it was much more, I don't think it'd be worth it. At time of review, the price for this set is $12.99, with a 10% coupon available. The rubber rings are fine for your grip, they offer some resistance as you'd expect. I couldn't help but notice that the roll-pin on the adjustable grip trainer was protruding, suggesting poor quality control. I'm skeptical therefore about at least that part of the set, and I'd rate this lower, were it not for the rubber rings being decent.

    I suspect your mileage may vary, but at the asking price, it's okay.
