    I use these to hold lemongrass pieces and kaffir lime leaves when making Thai curry. They are too tough to be eaten and hard to find and remove when eating. Before I found these bags I used to make my own with cheesecloth, but this is much easier! Looking foward to making mulled wine with these in the winter!
