I’ll be honest. I didn’t expect too much of this very inexpensive light. However, it has proved to be useful, reliable, well-made and excellent value. The controls couldn’t be simpler - and easy to operate with or without dive gloves. It’s a perfect fill light for close-up dive video (don’t expect scene-filling flood light - that would break the laws of physics !). Zero flood risk, if care is taken - might be an idea to add a second locking catch - there is a tiny chance that an object catching the latch could open it. Only minor issue - the light can be a little ‘warm’ - reddish - close in. Declared on description , so no cause for concern - much will depend on your camera settings. Oh, there’s a word of praise too for the fact that it takes GoPro earlier series batteries.
