- Reviewed in Canada on June 20, 2025Verified PurchasePure monk fruit for those who want to avoid processed sugars. This has no other product other than monk fruit. Most "monk fruit" sweeteners have Erythritol mixed in with it. Even the store "Healthy Planet" doesn't have pure monk fruit sweetener. Grateful that it is available on 鶹.
The liquid version (which I've tried) doesn't last long and is way too sweet.
Just note, the powder dissolves better when you pour hot water over it. So put it in the cup first, don't put it on your spoon and mix it into the hot water, as it will clump. You only need a little! So it lasts long as it is a high price point.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 5, 2025Verified PurchaseFirst time ordering this product from the seller. Very happy with the pure monk fruit which is difficult to find!
- Reviewed in Canada on May 31, 2025Verified PurchaseClean product. Not as sweet as we thought it would be.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 28, 2025Verified PurchaseThis is the best sweetener. I used this in my cake when baking. Five small scoops sweetened a 2 cups flour cake perfectly.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 17, 2025Verified PurchaseVery pleased with it. The taste is great. Most of all it does not impact your blood sugar.
I do like the pure monk sugar as it has no side effects!
- Reviewed in Canada on April 8, 2025Verified PurchaseGood things:
1) Very sweet so it is a good substitute for Sugar
2) It is not white. Previously, I purchased monk fruit from the store, but it was actually a blend and market gimmick, and the powder was white as it had a lot of Erythritol, but this one is brown.
Things it can improve:
1) Monk fruit is only popular lately so there is not enough Supply and as a result, it is very expensive and difficult to include in the budget I would prefer to cut sugar completely than purchase this product because it is expensive and has less shelf life, so I would suggest if the company can reduce the selling price by 10-18% would be helpful if they improve their supply chain.
2) The seller should introduce 10 servings of sachets to meet the extended demand and shelf life, which would, in return, help people meet their desired demands.
Not-so-good things:
1) It has a bitter taste at the end of my tea. I didn't feel this bitter taste in coffee, but also, my beverages were very sweet, and it does change the taste of your beverage, but if you can develop this taste, it should be fine.
2) I won't recommend putting it in a cold beverage; get a liquid monk fruit extract to dissolve it better.

- Reviewed in Canada on February 10, 2025Verified PurchaseBest Before date is May 2025 and today is February 10, 2025. $51.00 for a TINY package. This is probably not sufficient time to use the whole bag before it expires because you only need to use a tiny amount at a time. I do not feel I got my money's worth on this purchase because it will expire so soon and is probably not fresh.
EDIT: I am not sure how they came up with the sweetness factor of this, but it is WAY OFF. There is a small scoop that is supposed to be equal to 2 TABLESPOONS of sugar, but I actually put a whole scoop in my coffee and it does not make it sweet like sugar does. I had to add stevia, then it was ok to drink, bit it was not equal to 2 tbsp sugar sweetness. I would never put even 1 teaspoon of sugar in my coffee, and this wasn’t even close to the sweetness of 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. I reduce this to 1 star. Very disappointed in this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Erythritol-free Monk Fruit Sweetener? Yes, Please.
Verified PurchaseI've been using this product for several months & I've read some of the less-than-glowing reviews by others. First off, ask yourself why you want a monk fruit sweetener without Erythritol? The reasons are numerous, some quick Googling will tell you why you're here reading my review to begin with.
The taste of The Mix brand is pretty sweet, but it's not cloying the way other similar monk fruit sweeteners are. I have gone through several different ones, this was the best tasting of them all. It may take some getting used to for you, but it's plenty sweet and plenty flavorful. The color is natural, so it's not bleached or whitened as some other products are. That may throw you, but don't be thrown.
This comes in a resealable bag with a measuring spoon inside. I will say that the size of that measuring spoon has varied between my purchases; one scoop has generally been plenty for my sweetening needs. It's very concentrated, so sparing usage is preferred. I make a 16 oz. almond milk Matcha latte every morning & one scoop sweetens the whole thing for me.
Is the value great for the money? I guess it depends on how sweet you like your sweeteners to be. I have a health condition which prevents me from using sugar, so I find this size bag to be very economical when I use 1 scoop of the powder every day for 4 months. If you use it more than that, you may have differing results.
I recommend this product over other Erythritol-free sweeteners I've tried & I hope you'll enjoy it also.

5.0 out of 5 stars Erytharol free and tastes good
Verified PurchaseThe taste is really good. It’s expensive but lasts a long time because one only needs tiny amounts as it is very sweet. I tried another manufacturer because it was available in bulk and cost less but the taste was truly terrible and it was not sweet so be careful what you purchase. This brand is excellent

5.0 out of 5 stars Super concentrado

4.0 out of 5 stars Decent product without fillers! I just wish it dissolved a little better for my cold drinks.
Verified PurchaseIt's a bit pricey, but most monk fruit is. The bag is about the size of 2 decks of cards (I was expecting bigger). However, I wanted a monk fruit without fillers and this was it! I needed 2 scoops (scoop provided) to get the level of sweetness that I wanted. It does not dissolve well in cold drinks, works best in hot (coffee, tea). It has a bit of an odd flavor, but I don't think it's too strong or a lingering flavor.
