Issue: 1) One of the cover for the nut wheel keeps coming off. See the picture attach. 2) The foot rest on the right side will not hold vertical position unlike the left side. I tried to tighten up but it keeps loose again. Being a disabled person, its not easy to sit down while the foot rest could not hold in vertical position. Please fix this.

I installed correctly, charged batteries fully, the power is on, it is on drive mode, and light is turned on the horn works as well, the speed indicator is on, it simply doesn’t move !!! Not at all ! Why do I still need to pay to return? It has wasted my time and energy and I had paid people to unpack and install it. I need to use a wheelchair urgently! It just wasted my time

    J'ai acheté ce fauteuil pour me déplacer à cause d'une perte de mobilité et non pour m'amuser. Après 45 jours. Le joystick s'est arrêté de fonctionner durant une sortie. J'ai dû demander de me ramener en mode manuel. J'ai vérifié la connexion des fils et la batterie était totalement chargée. Le joystick n'a plus jamais redémarrer. J'ai envoyé des courriels et téléphoné au service à la clientèle pendant 3 jours. J'ai décidé de retourner le fauteuil électrique. Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent. Si ce fauteuil est essentiel à vos déplacements. Vous avez besoin d'un bon service après vente qui répond rapidement.

    Pretty chair, but after setting it up & charging the batteries, following the manual to the letter & troubleshooting per their website...the damn thing won't power up. The battery light turns on, but then the control panel won't turn on at all. So, immediately my father sits disappointed & once again left with a piece of crap that got his hopes of getting out of the house up only to crash right down. THANKS A LOT! Tried to contact their "dedicated support" only to find out they only keep Pacific weekday hours. Not so dedicated to supporting their disabled customers who bought into the hype. Extremely sad to watch his spirit just get wrecked when I had to tell him we couldn't make it work.
