Plastic clamps broken that hold battery
Clamps holding battery and wires was broken. How sad to put all that ingenuity into something awesome only to ruin it and sadly disappoint customer by using flimsy little plastic clamps. I cannot re order due to the flimsy plastic clamps.

    Delivery was even sooner than expected. The chair lift was very carefully packed against damage - a lot of thought went into the shipping box design itself.
    It's a very well made steel and aluminum chair lift, solid and stable, easy to assemble and thanks to the 2 wheels we can move it around with no problem. My wife is very happy with it and finds it easy to operate. Hopefully we won't need it too often but it's a great comfort knowing we don't have to call neighbours or the ambulance for assistance any more. Recommended.

    The media could not be loaded.
    I bought 2 of these for upstairs and down stairs . I tested them both . Both were perfect. In order to check how it responded when a heavy person was sat on it my daughter and I sat on it together and with some additional weights we managed to put the weight of approx 24 stone on it and the lift still worked perfectly. It could have taken more weight but we didn’t have anything else to add . The seat goes flat to the floor and the feet of the lift get covered by the seat when it’s on ground level . The seat is wide and made of metal . The unit is heavy but the wheels make it easy to move if you need to . When being used to get off the floor the wheels are a centimetre off the floor so the unit won’t slip whilst you are trying to get up off floor for safety so don’t fear it will slip on you it won’t. . The unit only moves if you tilt it backwards to move someone elsewhere . Very easy to put together I did this alone . Took 5 min . Came with power already charged and was packed so carefully . Will easily lift anyone from floor to standing in a few seconds . It’s silent and very smooth . Sturdy , strong . You will need to be able to wiggle your self onto the chair some how . But once you can get yourself onto the seat it will rise you no trouble . Easy to use if your alone also . At maximum hight it was to high for me so I had to lower till my feet were flat on floor . When seat was at maximum hight it was just below the top of my legs . Would suit any hight really . Can be used to also lower your self to floor . Not for use with bath though . Suitable indoor and outdoors . Excellent value for money . Will last for years and years. The remote attached to the metal via magnet. Came with safety belt if needed. Good looking machine and stores flat or upright.

    Der elektrische Boden zu Stuhl Lift ist schnell geliefert wurden und Dank des detaillierten Benutzerhandbuchs, auch in deutscher Sprache und mit gut zu erkennenden Aufbauabbildungen, zügig zusammen gebaut.

    Der Lift ist sehr massiv und kann sowohl mit Akku als auch mit einem Netzteil betrieben werden. Das ist sehr praktisch, falls der Akku bei gebrauch nicht mehr die benötigte Betriebsspannung hat. Die klappbaren Armlehnen und der Sicherheitsgurt sind sehr hilfreich und geben ein gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit. Der Mindestabstand zwischen Sitz und Erdboden beträgt ca. 3 cm.

    Für mich ist der Lift eine große Hilfe.

    After calling 911 fall assist twice in four months, we went looking for another answer to a falls with the inability of the fall victim to get up by themselves, and also to give a break of heavy lifting to their caregiver.
    Upon delivery by 鶹, the boxed lift was a little heavy to get in the house for assembly, but once in, it was easy to assemble. A small personal wrench helped the job go faster than using only the included tools.
    The seat goes almost to the floor -(about an inch away)- for an easy scoot onto the lift after a fall. The seat then raises to dining chair height for a comfortable transfer to another surface such as a bed or chair, or to allow for standing up.
    With only two wheels it is moved like a trolley for the repositioning of the one who has fallen, and also to be moved to be stored. Whoever is assisting the faller needs to realize that pushing a person in the "trolley seat up mode" requires some strength, so try to be as close to the place for transferring or standing as possible.
    This lift provides peace of mind for any future fall episodes and can undo the need to call 911 for fall pickup help. 911 would still be necessary if there are any outward signs of harm from a fall, however 911 could also use the device to assist the person who has fallen. The moveable arms are also a big bonus, especially for transferring from the lift seat to another sitting surface.
    Other reviews mentioned the slowness of the seat movement, but it is a small inconvenience for all the benefit it provides. The motion upward from the floor allows the person who has fallen a chance to catch their breath which can be beneficial before transferring or standing for the situation being addressed ie a fall and difficulty getting off the floor. So take a breath and be patient. :-)
    911 provides a great service, but this device adds a little more privacy and dignity to the fall victim!! Hopefully it will collect dust, but we will keep it charged and ready just in case.

    The item is well constructed with strong materials and works well. However assembly presented a problem. The eight bolts that attach the Left and Right Base arms to the Main Body are too long preventing the eight M8 Cap Nuts from screwing down far enough to seat against the Main Body frame. I was able to work around this problem by adding two flat washers under each M8 Cap Nut. Aside from the assembly problem I am very satisfied with this item
