- Reviewed in Canada on August 21, 2021Verified PurchaseThe first time I used this, I hand tightened the spinning nozzle arm too tight. It prevented it from spinning at top speed at it even stopped spinning at times.
I thought that this product was a dud and wasn't much faster than just using a nozzle and I couldn't understand how other reviewers were talking about how much faster this attachment was.
Well, chalk this up to user error! I loosened the tightening cap by 1/8 - 1/4 turn and it was like flipping the turbo switch! The spinning arm was incredibly fast and cleaned my patio stones in 1/3 to 1/2 the time!
Left to right, top to bottom worked great! Super value for about $20 - cleaning my patio is so much faster now than using a nozzle.
- Reviewed in Canada on May 30, 2022Verified PurchaseDoesn't do anything on deck boards (even after letting soak with an OxiClean/water mixture for 15 minutes first), but works great on patio stones and pavers. Even going side to side, it will sometimes lift up, and (for me) it always lifted on the side facing me, causing me to get sprayed by the water here and there. I wish the included wand/handle part could be attached to the wand already attached to the pressure washer handle, as the included one on its own makes the unit kind of short; I was bent over while using it and my back was killing me by the time I was done.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 11, 2022Verified PurchaseI bought this for my 1900 psi washer from sunjoe so that I could clean my driveway. When i first opened the package, i noticed that the dome was freekishly small. After installing the cleaner to the pressure washer, i found that it didn't want to stay flush with the ground and the rear (where I would be standing) would lift up and lost whatever cleaning power it had. For the actual cleaning, all it did was leave a swirl marks on the pavement and basically did zero cleaning or need to leave the tool in one spot for long time. This loses the purpose of the tool as i can just use the pressure washer to clean the pavement instead. This is a useless tool! Do not buy!
- Reviewed in Canada on May 9, 2022Verified PurchaseI like the concept and it was worth a try for the price. It works much better on a smooth service like a garage floor than a deck with gaps and a rougher surface. It works best side to side rather than forward and backward but this is not very practical. When pushing forward the back end lifts and you get wet. You need to be able to lock the head into the angle you want but you can't. It works well with the washer unit, but it's for light duty cleaning. It appears that the bristles are meant for light scrubbing, not two-handed operation. I suggest an appropriate cleaner rather than just water pressure.
- Reviewed in Canada on August 27, 2023Verified PurchaseThe media could not be loaded.
There's not as much 'pressure' coming from these water jets, but you won't damage anything that you're cleaning either, which you totally can with a single jet by possibly getting too close to whatever you're cleaning, causing damage.
After washing the surface with the unit, do a rinse with the wand to push away the loosened grime.
4 stars for "Easy to Use" because it does take some getting used to it...I can see how people may get frustrated if they try to rush the washing.
4 Stars for "Sturdiness" because, once again, when you slow down and figure how to use the product, it is very sturdy.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 2, 2025Verified PurchaseWorked great at first. Went to turn it on this year and leaks everywhere.
- Reviewed in Canada on August 18, 2022Verified PurchaseI have a SunJoe washer so figured I would buy this attachment to try it out for the price compared to what most charge. Overral its great attachment for general surface cleaning, and it is easily compatible to switch in and out with Sunjoe washers. The head is only 10" wide but once you get the hang of the movement it provides an even clean. (penidng on staining). Its handy to own for small job around the house. I wouldnt say its an heavy duty commercial cleaning tool. but that isnt its purpose
- Reviewed in Canada on February 2, 2021Verified PurchaseThis attachment works quite well for cleaning sidewalks and driveways. It won't do as good a job cleaning as using the 15 degree nozzle, which is what I normally use, but it takes me about half the time to do the same job. There's a bit of a learning curve to getting this thing to work optimally. Basically, I had to let the head "float" like a hovercraft, using the water pressure to hold the head up. Any heavy-handed downward pressure just made it catch the walkway. I found moving slowly, from side-to-side or pulling this backward, worked best. Even then, it's not as easy as it should be to guide this head without it catching or spraying your feet every now and then. Still a worthwhile time-saver.

5.0 out of 5 stars Makes light-duty cleaning go fast and even.
Verified PurchaseNormally when I pressure wash a driveway or patio, I get streak marks due to not being able to always keep the nozzle a consistent height above the surface, causing inconsistent levels of cleaning (not quite enough pressure in some places, too much in others, in streaks.) With this attachment, I don't have that problem, and work goes considerably faster.
It does tend to flip over when pushed forward, especially on rough or uneven surfaces. It would have to be a lot heavier not to do that, or with a better suspension than the brushes. So when moving it forward (away from me) I just let it float up a few inches and quickly moved it to start another pull stroke. Or, I moved it in side-to-side strokes or arcs (using different approaches to avoid repetitive motion problems. I'm 61 and not as supple as I once was.)
To avoid semicircular streaks, I either moved slowly (about 4 seconds per foot) or else used multiple or overlapping passes. The great news was, the result was a very even cleaning. After finishing I took out the 0-degree nozzle to see how much dirt remained. I could see the path of the nozzle as a slightly cleaner path, indicating that the attachment nozzles didn't do a 100% cleaning. I've used pressure washers for decades and rarely expect 100% clean for things like driveways and patios; that would take a lot of extra work that would be wasted within a month or so. The point is to avoid build-up of grime (or remove build-up when moving to a new place.) This attachment meets that need perfectly, and makes the job a lot quicker and easier.
For really bad cases, as shown in some review pictures, you'd need a lot more time and/or a lot more power to clean it all up evenly. The case I just did was after moving into a new house with a patio that hadn't been cleaned in 10 or 20 years, and it did the trick.
This attachment won't get the greenish little round spots that I think are either pitch from trees or mildew -- they're nasty and always take a pretty narrow high pressure beam. So I clean up the whole area first, and then concentrate on the problem spots without the attachment.
Don't expect to strip paint with this attachment. It's really best for routine maintenance cleaning. I expect to use it once a year, and it's a bargain for what it does.
I cleaned about 200 square feet in about 30 minutes. It will go faster next year, since I won't have the built up grime from over a decade.

4.0 out of 5 stars Once I figured it all out... it works great!
Verified PurchaseI read a ton of reviews, mostly bad ones. I ordered, anyway... on a hunch.
I was right. The instructions are essentially worthless.
Here's what you do:
1. Using an adjustable wrench or channel locks, remove the metal spray wand from your spray handle... that means, remove from where the brass bolt goes up into the plastic handle piece. Only one way that can be done. It's easy to do and takes about 30 seconds.
2. Screw the wand onto the handle where you just took off the other part. Keep tightening until it's snug. You don't have to whale on it. Just snug.
3. set up your pressure washer.
4. It's all in the stroke... just like golf. I tried every combination of motions I could come up with. They made cool designs on my driveway, but didn't clear the mold, mildew, and algae. I spent a good 20 minutes trying alternatives until I hit pay dirt.
Remember "wax on, wax off" from the Karate Kid movie franchise? Same concept here. The key is also not to work hard at it. Simple and easy.
a. Hold the wand by the handle and let the surface cleaner rest evenly on the surface.
b. pull the spray trigger to get the machine pumping water.
c. slowly, keeping the surface cleaner parallel to the floor and not pushing down hard, ease the wand straight forward a couple of feet.
d. Stop and slowly draw it back toward you over the same area.
That's it!
5. Just keep practicing that maneuver until you begin to see even cleaning. It's one of those "you gotta hold your tongue right" things, so just practice without grinding down on the unit. It works just fine with light even pressure.
Once I figured it out, I got my driveway cleaned in about an hour. previously, that would have only gotten about 1/6th of my driveway cleaned up.
I'm happy with this surface cleaner and glad I determined to experiment until I could get it right. It is light weight and doesn't look like it has any power to it. But, once you line it up and let it rest on the surface, you can really get with it.
I hope this helps. By the way, I've had my Sun Joe 3000 unit for over 2 years. After about a year, the wand stopped allowing me to put nozzle tips on. I emailed their customer service and received a new spray wand, free, in short order. It has been the best pressure washer I've ever owned (although I've only owned 3 others, so far). It has outlasted two of them, and is still running strong. I use it on the house, cars, boats, RV, etc etc. It's been sturdy and faithful.
... and, LOL, I wasn't paid or promoted to write this review... I'm just very happy with the results, the price, and the overall product. I'm just about to turn 65 and really appreciate a tool that performs as good or better than claims!

5.0 out of 5 stars Gets The Job Done!
Verified PurchaseSaw this listed on 鶹 while purcashing a SunJoe SPX 3000 washer. Thought what the heck, for $20 how badly could I get hurt? Turns out it would be a good deal at twice the price. Came with the adapter needed to attach it to the SPX 3000 spray gun, and is easily assembled. Yes it is made out of lightweight plastic, but that's a plus. You can use it for hours without getting fatigued and having your arms ache. The fittings and wand are pretty substantial. Quality is such that it should last a long time if it's not abused.
Just finished putting this through a pretty good test. Washed a four car driveway, two long concrete and brick walkways, and a set of bluestone steps. They hadn't been done in two years and were in really rough shape. In the past I had used a typical spray nozzle, can't say that this did the job a whole lot faster but it sure made it a whole heck of a lot easier. Job's done and my back and arms aren't aching, that's a first.
The best way to use this on rough surfaces is to pull it toward you. Trying to push it just upends the head off the work area. The rim brush really isn't very good for scrubbing. I believe it's there to trap the spray and keep the nozzles from hitting the surface. After you turn on the pressure let the head just sit there for a second or two so a bed of water forms under it. Then you can just glide the head over the surface with no drag and very little effort. This does not effect the cleaning action. There are many YouTube videos to check out about using surface cleaners.
Had a couple of folks stop by as I was washing the driveway. They tried it and were amazed at how effortlessly it did the job and wanted to know where to purchase one. The only shortcoming this might have is its wand length. I'm 5'7" and it fits me fine, taller folks might want to buy an extension wand. All in all, a great product at a great price!
