    I really like this supplement. The ingredients are clean, the taste is nice, and I have noticed an increase in my energy levels since I started taking it. However, there is one thing that bothers me. After finishing my first bottle, I was rinsing it out under some hot water for reuse, and I noticed that the ink that marked the dosage levels on the dropper had completely washed off. I had not used soap or even rubbed it, yet it was gone! I then checked the dropper on my fresh bottle and, sure enough, the ink on it too has started to fade as well. I find this to be an unacceptable oversight in a product that uses organic ingredients and aims to cater to the natural wellness crowd. I would rather not consume trace amounts of black ink when I am aiming to improve my long-term health, so I will be cancelling my subscription to look for alternatives. Too bad really, because it is otherwise a very nice product.

    First off, I was taking another well like brand but found out that one had ingredients that cause joint pain (hint) my knee stop taking that one and I saw that this was just B12 and nothing else but a few clean organic ingredients and MY GOODNESS it Taste so Good and My energy has Really shoot through the ROOF. My son has told me to sit and take a break LOL. My doctor refuse to do a blood test said I was fine, but I had all the symptoms of low b12 so not sure if my levels went up, but my Mood and Energy did and that is enough for me to keep taking.     I just started using these drops so I can't comment if it works. I can comment on a few things. First, the cherry flavor is pretty good. It doesn't taste artificial or like cherry cough syrup. It is packaged very well and sealed for saftey. The only slight negative is the measurements on the eye dropper. The gives the dosages in micrograms, but the eye dropper's measurements are in mililiter.(mililiter is usually ml but also mL) There is a place on the box that says the serving size is 5000 mcg and another says serving size is 1 ml. So I figure 5000 mcg dose is equivalent to the 1 mL line.

    For those needing B12 supplement, this is a handy way to take it. No shots, just use the dropper to put some under your tongue. After thirty seconds, swallow and it’s done. It has a nice taste and bright red color. Easy to use doses that you can control with the dropper. At max recommended dose, you should get about 60 days per bottle. I was having some numbness in my feet. The doctor discovered low B12 levels. Rather than daily or weekly shorts, I have been using this instead. Most of the numbness has gone. The next lab test will show how much my B12 levels have changed. Until then, the doctor recommended I keep using this on a daily basis.
