    They're made of cast metal and painted black, not hardened or forged. Don't bother, mine snapped on first use with a 10" ratchet, so I wasn't hanging off it. Not suitable for intended purpose. As strong as Chocolate. 鶹 were amazing and gave me a refund immediately.

    As another reviewer mentioned, if you've landed up here, you know exactly why you need these. And yes, they will get the job done. I'm not a socket expert, but the quality of construction also seems good, especially for a product you will likely only use a couple of times. There is also a nice big "window" to fit your hex key into, which is nice if you have to crank down a bit to hit your torque. You'll probably have to worry more about your hex key warping or snapping before you need to worry about these sockets.
