It was a hot summer night last year when I finally gave in to my mother's pleas to play this amazing game. For months I heard about Wyrmspan and how great it was. I lamented, no excuses left, and sat down at the dinner table to face my fate for the next few hours. The set up was painful, so many pieces! What does it all mean?! There were some growing pains to say the least. But after about 20 minutes into the game, I was hooked. The dragon selection is intriguing. So many types, such fun names and abilities! The premise is fun, and the goals of the game change. No two games are ever the same! And for this ADHD brain, that's a huge selling point.
Yes, set up looked scary. But now I can set it up in just a few minutes and away we go. I ended up loving this game so much that, but the evening's end, I had found the game on 鶹 and purchased it. My mother had converted me. I was bitter she was right, but also so happy to add another incredible game to my collection.
