    So I have a bad back from an old injury as well as a left shoulder that likes to give me problems. I've had Physical therapy on the left shoulder and the Physical therapist used a TENS machine on it. Immediate relief. Well, I can't always go to P.T.

    This is great for at home use and if you travel a lot like me. The Healify kit comes with 6 different sized pads. 2 of each size. A manual. A USB cable for charging. 2 electrode cables. A manual, TENS unit machine, and a carrying case.

    My left shoulder has been bothering me so I gave it a go. I used the 2 large pads on my shoulder. What was helpful in the manual is it shows different areas on the body to put the pads for placement. Thank you!!

    There are 6 different modes that you can use:
    Mode 1 Kneading
    Mode 2 Acupuncture
    Mode 3 Beating
    Mode 4 Pinching
    Mode 5 Scraping
    Mode 6 Full Massage

    I tried them all and for my shoulder pain Mode 4-Pinching and Mode 6 Full Massage gave me the most relief. Each session is 20 minutes long The machine will automatically turn off after your 20 minutes. You also can choose different intensities. Ranging from 5%-100. The highest I chose was 25% and that was plenty for me.

    Overall I am very pleased with my purchase. My shoulder and back are feeling much better thanks to this TENS machine. Thank you Healify!!!

    Got this for my mother who will be undergoing knee replacement to help with rehab and pain. Tested on myself for the last week. Will be buying one for myself or at least a new one to give to my mom. I have used this even at my desk at work which has been great for those little breaks throughout the day. Love the portability of the unit. It comes with a sturdy carrying case, easily fits in my work bag. The adhesive pads are problematic though and will be getting the extra pads that are offered to see if those work any better. The user interface is very straightforward and so easy to use. In fact using it as I write this review and feeling nice and relaxed. Definitely enjoying this purchase.

    Worked better than I expected to help with my back pain. The instruction manual is well written and uses lots of pictures and illustrations. The unit itself is small, lightweight and it comes with a nicely padded carrying case that holds all the pads and cables. The tens unit fits a little too snuggly into the case so I glued a piece of ribbon under it so I can pop it out easily. Love the large dial on the side of unit as it's easy to find and has a very satisfying click to it. If there was not a 20 minute built in shut off I would probably over use it. So glad I found this, I am less reliant on pain meds now.
