    The product works really well in quickly clarifying a mash, but must be kept from freezing. Next Batch was patient in supplying, replacing and replacing again without charge after discovering that their stock has been damaged by what they assume was freezing temperatures. In the end they got the product to us undamaged and without any additional charges - they do stand behind their product all the way in our experience.

    Product works extremely well. Have to use it over a day or two. It is a little bit runny and comes in one package with two chemicals that have to be used at different times. Would be better to have two separate packs marked A and B where you would add A at one time and then later you would add B. Would cut down on the mess. Very good product though.
