    Really appreciate Dave's systematic approach to real estate investing. Everything begins with strategy; with that said, his book helped me think about my investment appetite and goals. I've been going in circles for a long time, exploring STR, MTR, PadSplit, and different markets; this book helped me answer that by asking myself the right question.

    If you're well-read in RE, this book is a rehash of much of what you've likely read before.
    Good book for a beginner. I really like Dave and BP, so I had hoped for more. My biggest complaint is with formatting and publisher quality decisions. Book type font is quite small and the charts are so small as to be near UN-readable. Low quality paper for a hardback. Mass-market paperback quality only. It's a big exericise in cost-cutting :). I'm returning it.
