I have other very nice pizza pans, but this one became my new favourite. It's very heavy and firm, so it transfers the heat evenly and the pizza cooks faster as the center heats up at the same time as the edges. The pan is non-stick, but the surface texture makes it even more so. The pizza slides right off. Even the cheese that falls off the pizza and onto the pan won't stick to it. In fact, it's so non-stick that you have to handle it carefully or you risk having the pizza slide off as you move it. Needless to say, all you need to clean it is to run it under a hot tap with a bit of soap just to get rid of any oils. Since it's so easy and quick, I recommend washing it by hand every time and avoid the dishwasher.
I haven't tried it yet, but I also bought the matching pizza crisper. It's also nice and heavy, easily 2 or 3 times the weight of my previous crispers. I expect it will outperform them like the pizza pan did the regular pans.
