Quad 4K Docking Station

  • Yes, this dock requires you to install the DisplayLink Manager software for macOS and Windows. Once installed, you will also need to authorize the permissions in macOS for the displays to function. Chrome OS is natively supported.

  • No, this dock allows you to connect up to 4 monitors using one video connection per monitor (directly to the dock).

  • No, most protected content will not play through our docking stations that use DisplayLink technology.

  • This permission is required for the DisplayLink driver to access the pixels it needs to extend the screens in macOS. “Screen recording” does not send any data or pixels back to DisplayLink or StarTech.com.

  • Yes! DisplayLink technology allows you to add four monitors to Macs with Apple Silicon or Intel processors. Using this dock, the normal maximum number of displays supported by your Mac is no longer a limitation to productivity.
