Make sure,set up with all ipad's bluetooth setting and open uber eats settings.You needed to delete "Airprint" and select the print again and you will see the TSP100ll and select .Good luck!

I purchased this Star Micronics Thermal Printer from eTechtronics on �鶹��, and it was a complete disaster. The printer was defective and never worked properly. After 3 months totally stopped working. After multiple troubleshooting attempts, I contacted the seller, only to be met with unhelpful responses and zero resolution.

To make matters worse, when I tried to request a refund under �鶹��’s A-to-Z Guarantee, I was denied because the order was deemed “too old.” How is that fair when the product was faulty from the start? Now, I’m stuck with a useless printer and out of my hard-earned money.

Avoid this seller at all costs! Their return policy is terrible, and they clearly don’t stand behind the products they sell. I regret ever making this purchase. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a reputable seller instead!
