This griddle is a perfect fit for our Weber Genesis gas BBQ. The quality of this side griddle is excellent, made with quality materials and workmanship. This side griddle is very heavy, there's no possibility of warping or popping up. Installation was straightforward, all I needed to do was remove the support bracket from the side burner and then set the griddle in place and tighten the screws. It's imperative that you follow the cleaning, care and seasoning instructions that have been provided for optimal results and longevity. On our BBQ the griddle heats up quickly and provides even distribution of heat. Food doesn't stick to the surface, even with a maple based marinate. Clean up does require some effort but is easy enough, just follow the recommended method provided in the booklet. The STANDBROIL stainless steel griddle is an excellent product for a reasonable price.
