Stanbroil 2-pack Meat Probe Replacement for Pit Boss

The 2-piece meat probe will work perfectly as a replacement for a pit boss grill or smoker. It gives the same temperature reading as the OEM probe so that you can cook your food to the desired temperature.

How to make accurate readings

1. Keep the probe from coming into direct contact with the flame or excess heat from the grill, as it can damage the probes.

2. Avoid contact with bones.

3. Always insert the tip of the probe in the center of the thickest part of the food.
