    We recently added the Stanbroil Full Size Griddle Insert to our Weber Genesis II 300 Series Gas Grill, and it’s been a solid performer. The ceramic-coated surface heats up evenly, making it great for cooking everything from pancakes to burgers. The griddle fits perfectly on our grill, and the black finish looks sleek alongside the rest of the setup.

    The ceramic coating does a decent job of preventing food from sticking, making cleanup easier than expected. The surface is durable and has held up well under regular use, though it’s not entirely scratch-proof, so it’s best to use non-metal utensils.

    The griddle has been a good addition for expanding what we can cook on our grill. While it’s not the highest-end option out there, the quality and performance are solid for the price. If you’re looking for a versatile cooking surface for your Weber Genesis, this griddle insert is a reliable choice. It’s made grilling breakfast and other non-traditional barbecue foods much easier, and we’ve been happy with how it’s performed.

    When this griddle arrived I was so confused. The person delivering it was struggling with it as it is quite heavy. I couldn't think of what it could be as I had no idea it was so heavy when I ordered it. That is to say, this is heavy! It is much easier to move out of the box as there are handles, but inside the box it is a bit awkward.

    Installation literally takes seconds. The existing grills come off and the griddle goes on. It is beyond simple.

    The heat spreads extremely well. There are some hot spots, but not terribly. The genesis 3XX series is great at spreading heat evenly, and this griddle takes advantage of that. The heavy weight also helps to spread out the heat further.

    I'm looking forward to using this thing more!
