    However, the grill's stand isn't as sturdy as I'd like, and the griddle's threads stripped easily. If you plan to use it frequently, you might run into issues. Overall, it's decent for occasional use but be mindful of its build quality.

    We haven't had any issues with the threads or welds like other reviewers, but we only got to use it a handful of times over the open fire this summer as it was a very wet stormy time in Ontario. It's great for cooking over an open flame, but only time will tell if we'll run into the same issues as others.

    In the instructions, it says to hammer the lower section of the pipe into the ground and then screw the upper section of pipe onto the lower section. DO NOT DO THIS! You take the chance of damaging the threads on the lower section of pipe. Instead, screw the two sections together before hammering them in the ground.
