I purchased this cutting board because my old plastic one was getting scratched and grimy looking. I figured the stainless steel would not allow food to get in crevices like a wood or plastic board. But…the first thing I noticed was that it felt very flimsy. When I tried to use it, it slipped all over the place and made it hard to cut meat. I guess if there were little rubber feet on it, that would solve the slipping problem, but would mean that realistically you could use only one side. I am going to ditch it as soon as I buy a new plastic cutting board. Save your money.
