Our Story

Stacy’s original sandwich cart in downtown Boston was hugely popular due to her selling healthy and rolled delicious pita sandwiches on fresh pita bread. To reward her loyal fans, Stacy started serving up incredibly savory, seasoned pita chips while they waited in line. She knew passion, hard work, and using only high quality, and carefully selected ingredients were what her customers deserved and it was an immediate hit. The rest, as they say, is history!

STACY'S Recipe

Individual 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients:

1 bag STACY'S SIMPLY NAKED Pita Crisps

10 oz.SABRA Classic Hummus

9 oz. SABRA Mediterranean Herb Greek Yogurt

1 Tomato, diced

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Paprika

2 Roasted Red Peppers (4 halves), diced

Crumbled Feta cheese

2 Tbsp Minced Flat-leaf Parsley

Kalamata olives, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. In individual serving cups, dollop Greek yogurt evenly over the bottom of each cup.

2. Top the layer with a portion of hummus, followed by another dollop of Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.

3. Top each cup with a handful of tomatoes, roasted red peppers and feta cheese.

4. Garnish with the parsley and olives. Serve with STACY'S SIMPLY NAKED Pita Crisps.

    The bags are really small - that’s my fault for not checking properly. However, the chips were more like crumbs than chips as there wasn’t one unbroken chip in the lot. Probably best to buy these at the store. You don’t save any money buying them this way.
