The pans seem to be of good quality. I don't use them to bake anything in the oven. I only purchased them for tiramisu and cheese cake. My only problem with the pans is that they are very difficult to separate the bottom out from the side of the pans. I had to very gently pry around the whole bottom to get it to separate. Very risky to do without damaging my cake. My round cake pans work way better than the these square ones.

And that was WITHOUT any scrubbing or washing - just from a 20 minute soak!! I always line my pans, bottom and sides, and this is what happened with these pans. Save your money.
