I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It is very difficult to get the design on the scratch pad. You need to hold the tool perfectly with a generous amount of pressure. My 6 year old can’t do it on her own. The original Spirograph is the way to go.
It's good and nice colors. But if you have a child or are a person that writes hard they need a better stick cause the stick actually wears down where you can't use it anymore.

Yes I'm a grown woman and I bought this for myself! It's just as easy as I remember it was when I was younger. The best part is the larger circle has grips already on the bottom to keep it in place. The scrap paper is different but neat. It works the majority of the time but you can use this with regular paper and whatever pen you want. Go ahead, you know you want one!
