  • Ensure your soundbar is connected to power. The light bar will blink for approximately 30 seconds and then glow amber for setup mode. On your mobile device, open/download the Bose app and follow the app instructions.

  • With your soundbar powered on, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote control until the light bar on the speaker is blinking blue > Go to the Bluetooth device list on the device you want to connect to > Select your product.

  • If the soundbar remains powered on and connected to the internet, automatic updates will be installed overnight. You can also manually update by simultaneously press and hold the Volume + and Music icon buttons on the remote control for 10 seconds.

  • Turn off your soundbar and remove the power cable for 30 seconds. Reconnect and allow a further 30 seconds for the system to reset.

  • Remove the product from your Bose account. Then, simultaneously press and hold the Play/Pause icon and Volume – buttons on the remote for five seconds. The light bar will blink twice and will reboot. When complete, the light bar glows amber.
