Directions

Sift 1/2 teaspoon (1-2 grams) of matcha powder into a cup or bowl. Add 2-4 ounces of hot water (175 degrees Fahrenheit). Using a bamboo whisk, mix the powder and water together until frothy. Adjust the amount of water and matcha to taste.
