The double edge blade is very sharp and has a good metal if I had to guess they used the same gun metal in the knife Sharp out the box but I gave it a good go myself with whetstone. Made it scary I don’t pull it out now unless needed The seethe took a bit to get use to and was super tight outa the box but good none the less Overall 10/10 self defence knife and I feel sorry for whoever finds out

    I saw this same knife for cheaper at a few local retailers, though town is an hour away so 鶹 is convenient. It's quite sharp and well-balanced. It's a solid weight and feels good in the hand. The grip is nice and not too large and the leather sheath is secure and can be affixed to a belt or pocket with ease. This makes it very safe while also able to be drawn at any moment. I keep this one with me when I am camping in the woods for a little extra piece of mind.

The knife is a snug fit at the top but it loosens up quickly. There is a metal thumb piece to open the rivet and the belt clip is secure. The handle of the knife is a tiny bit small for my hands but not a real issue. The rubber handle gives a nice grip. The blade is a nice leaf shape with a fuller on both sides. It is sharp, but not razor sharp out of the box. There is a slightly uneven grind at the point but you have to get very close to notice it. The blade coating is uniform. Great little boot knife.

    Buying knives sight unseen is always a gamble. I needed a new boot knife and always buy one in the Sykes-Fairbairn commando style knife uses by the SAS and Marine Raiders in WW II.....but a bit smaller.

    I took a chance on this knife and have been pleasantly surprised at the style and quality of the knife. It is a solid full tang knife with a more than adequate non slip grip. The double edged blade holds an edge well and sharpens fairly easily.

    I am pretty critical of knives and I don't write many five star reviews. But, for the price, this is a very well made and attractive boot knife.

    I have several other "on line" knives that I paid more for and were of inferior quality to this one.

    Sharpest thing I've ever touched, seriously. Hefty weight, heavier than I expected but in a good way. The handle looks cheap in the pictures but it's extremely sturdy and well built. This thing will never rust, tear, break, or anything in any weather.

    One thing though, it's very small. Like, if you're a guy I would not buy this. They need to say "FOR WOMEN." in the title because it's just too small for a guys hands. Good thing I delicate little girl hands though.
