Coffee pot handle is useless!
My original SMEG coffee pot handle started to crack. I emailed SMEG Canada and they replaced it right away. Now the replacement started cracking so I emailed Service SMEG and was promised a reply with 24-48 hours. Two weeks later and another email from me, and still no reply. I finally called and got through to the new warranty department only to be told that they are out of stock and I’ll be quoted a price to pay for a replacement!! Absolute nonsense from a large company selling quality products refusing to respond to a defective product.
