How to prevent inaccurate measurement?

1. Reset the tape by taking the battery out for 5s and putting it back in.

2. Under length mode, do not insert the locking pin into the tape receptacle for circumference mode, under circumference mode, insert the locking pin into the tape receptacle.
How the deal with the tape won't turn on or don't work?

1. Use a screwdriver (not included) to loosen the screw, then remove the cover.

2. Insert the battery and ensure the positive pole is facing up.

3. Align the battery cover with the opening and securely tighten the screw.
How to connect Bluetooth?

1. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the Renpho Health App.

2. Turn on the tape and tap “Pair” on the app to connect the tape with the app.

3. The Bluetooth icon will be bright after successful app connection.
What is the difference between circumference and length measurements?

The gap between the circumference and length measurement is 2.1cm / 0.84in, since the tape needs to be inserted into the tape receptacle while measuring the circumference.
How to zero the measurement data?

Press and hold “√ ”button to zero the measurement, then measure again.

App allows custom measurements (such as inseam, sleeve length etc. - useful for sizing clothes). Clasp is a bit fiddly, but overall construction is solid.

Worked great for a while. Had no problems except the battery life. Had some lifestyle changes and there were a few months of me not using it. But then by the time I had changed my fitness goals and came back to wanting to use the device again, it was completely defective! but then when returning to it after changing my fitness goals. First the screen was showing black marks and data was registering into the app, and now the screen isn't working at all.

I like Repho products. I have their smart scale, massage gun, and would consider buying other products by them. But I probably won't get another one of these body tape measurers to replace this busted one. Very disappointed in it.
