    I obsessed over the decision to buy this vs the $160 HP version. Would it be worth the risk of not working, messing around with returns if it didn't, or even bricking my printer?

    I can confidently say that you should not worry about any of that and just run, not walk, to buy this knock off ink instead. It's plug and play and worked with my e-series printer with absolutely zero issues.

    The printer did flag as having off brand ink installed. Somehow, I found it a twisted pleasure to hit ok and finally stop playing HPs nonsense ink game.

    I feel like this product is a big win for the consumer. Bye bye HP 👋. I'll make a mortgage payment instead of funding yachts for your execs.

    Good Ink alternative for HP replacement ink. I really appreciated getting instructions on how to use the ink cartridges and a procedural list of troubleshooting options if your ink cartridges were being rejected by the printer.

    It takes a bit of patience and about 15 minutes to configure your printer to use these third party ink cartridges but the savings are well worth it.

    Print quality is great, virtually indistinguishable from genuine HP cartridges when it comes to text only documents. The coloured ink is fine, but the printer I'm using isn't suited for photo quality printing so I cannot say that the colours are great for photos.

    I'll continue to use these ink cartridges because they are far more economical for my household as we do not print a lot of documents.

    Will buy again.

    This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! I bought multiple black ink cartridges 8 months ago. I used one right when I got it and it worked great. I went to use the 2nd one today and the printer gave me an error. I scanned the QR code right on the cartridge and it connected me to a live agent chat room. Ben said HP did an update and that he is sending me a replacement that will work with the new update. I'll have it in 2 days! The entire interaction lasted 2 minutes. Seriously amazing service!
