About this item

  • [Switch-Compatible, Limited Support on Switch 2] These switch controllers slide onto the sides of the Switch and Switch OLED for handheld play, and also pair via Bluetooth. They can wake the console with a quick press of the HOME button. On Switch 2, due to design changes, they connect via Bluetooth only—side mounting and console wake-up aren’t supported.
  • [Stylish Look with Magnetic Faceplate] Featuring an eye-catching design and magnetically replaceable faceplates for DIY customization, this wireless switch controller adds both style and fun with ease.
  • [Mechanical Micro Buttons & Hall Effect Joysticks] Hybrid mechanical micro switches with liquid silicone give the buttons rapid rebound performance for esports-grade durability—even after millions of presses. The Hall Effect joysticks utilize magnetic sensing to eliminate wear, providing zero-latency, drift-free, pixel-accurate control.
  • [8 Color Options & 4 Lighting Modes] The controller's RGB ambient light offers seven solid colors and a rainbow option, featuring four modes: Rainbow, Static, Breathing, and Off. It also includes a memory function and adjustable brightness.
  • [Programmable Macros & Turbo Function] Macro recording allows you to assign one or multiple function buttons to the ML/MR buttons. The Turbo feature offers both manual and automatic modes, with 3 adjustable speeds: 8, 16, and 21 presses per second.
  • [4-Level Vibration & 6-Axis Gyro] Equipped with robust motors, the controller delivers outstanding vibration feedback with four adjustable levels, enhancing gaming immersion. It also features a 6-axis gyroscope for precise tilt detection and quick response, adding more fun to motion-controlled games.
  • [Ergonomic Design & Long Battery Life] The controller features a sweat-resistant, anti-slip grip with micro-matte silicone, ensuring comfortable handheld gaming sessions. Its 500mAh battery provides 4 to 7 hours of playtime with lighting effects enabled, and 12 to 16 hours with lights off. Using the included charging grip, you can fully charge your controllers in 2–3 hours.

Finally, a Switch Controller That Just Works

Finally, a Switch Controller That Just Works
I grabbed this controller to replace my left Joy-Con, which had that awful joystick drift that Nintendo’s original just can’t fix. Right out of the box, I popped it onto my Switch, and it worked immediately—no complicated pairing or reading a manual needed. Honestly, it feels way better than the OEM controller I had, and I didn’t want to trust Nintendo’s Joy-Cons again after my drift issue. I tried some pricier alternatives before, but they all needed a bunch of steps to pair, so this plug-and-play simplicity really won me over. The RGB lighting is a nice touch, though I only noticed about four modes: rainbow, bright white, breathing, and off (if that counts). The build feels solid, the buttons click nicely, and the wireless connection never drops during intense gaming sessions. The magnetic faceplate is a cool bonus too, letting me switch up the look whenever I want. Overall, I love this controller—it actually got me excited to pick up my Nintendo Switch and play way more than I usually do. It reminded me of that first day I got the console and dove into Zelda BOTW all night. Feels like it brought that fresh, fun energy back to my gaming sessions.

Unknown brand and surprising quality. Everything you would want in a joycon - sticks reminiscent of xbox but better, improved ergonomics, works wireless unlike the hori split pads, a middle piece that allows separate charging/classic controller feel, and 3 different led light modes at the touch of a button. These are much better than Nintendo's own joycons and at a cheaper price. I took a chance on them because I couldn't find the mobapad m6 on amazon canada, and I'm glad I did.

I bought these controllers for my kids and they’ve been loving them! We originally got one set, but now we’re planning to buy another so they can both play together without fighting over turns.

The quality is actually better than I expected for the price—feels solid, the buttons are responsive, and the RGB lights are a cool bonus that my kids can’t stop showing off. They connected easily to our Switch, and everything worked right out of the box without any setup headaches.

They’ve held up well through some pretty enthusiastic gaming sessions, and the grip is comfortable even for smaller hands. Definitely a great value, and I’d recommend them if you're looking for a fun, reliable alternative to the standard Joy-Cons.

    Pros:
    - Good build quality – Feels sturdy and well-made.
    - Easy to set up – Connects seamlessly to the Switch without hassle.
    - Fun RGB lighting – Kids love the customizable light effects.
    - Comfortable grip – Works well for both kids and adults.
    - Responsive controls – Buttons and joysticks react quickly and smoothly.
    - Good value for money – Performs better than expected at this price point.
    - No noticeable lag or drift – Thanks to Hall Effect joysticks.

    Cons:
    - Clicky buttons – Might take some getting used to if you're used to softer buttons.
    - Lights may be too bright for some – But can be turned off if needed.

Okay, I didn’t expect this much fun out of these. I picked up the Smanettew controllers mostly because I was curious about the RGB lighting and the Hall Effect joysticks (bye forever, stick drift ✌️), but wow, they’ve seriously changed how I play.

First impressions? Super slick. The RGB glow hits just right in low light, giving a futuristic vibe when you’re deep into a late-night session. And the grip? Surprisingly comfy. I’ve used Joy-Cons for years, but this just feels better in-hand, especially during longer play times.

The turbo button? Yeah, I used to think it was a gimmick. But I mapped it to a few combos in Smash Bros. and I’m not looking back. Also tried out the macro programming just to mess around, didn’t think I’d use it much, but now I have it set up for farming in Animal Crossing (don't judge me).

The 6-axis gyro is smooth, and I tested it in Splatoon, and it tracks way better than I thought a third-party controller would. Bonus: The vibration is actually good. Not the jarring kind, but the kind that gives just enough feedback to pull you into the game.

Final thoughts: These are fun. They look cool, feel premium, and bring a fresh twist to the Switch experience. If you're into controllers that do more than the basics, this one's worth trying even just for the RGB light show. Easy rechargeable too!

These joycon replacement controllers are nicely built, with firm plastic shells, fun rgb led lighting. The thumb sticks are good quality, but I have some issues with the face buttons being small and not much travel in them. I don’t use joycons too much for my everyday gameplay because I have big hands, and this set did leave me with some cramps after a few Kart races. I would say these are perfect controllers for smaller hands.

This controller feels great in the hand, and I've got large hands so the OEM controllers feel quite cramped in my hands.
The controllers connect straight away just like any other original controller.
The Hall-Effect worked great. but you will notice a difference in the triggers and buttons from an original controller, they are like a mouse click which is different but nice.
The controllers attach to a central charging hub that make it operate like a handheld controller. There is also a case that holds them safely when not in use or travelling.

The RGB looks great and is customizable.
They fit perfectly into the OEM switch dock which still attached.

I'm always a little skeptical when buying accessories from third parties and you're not too sure about the over quality. But these joy cons for the original Switch are fantastic! The fit and build quality on them are top notch. The RGB throughout the joy cons look nice and the buttons have a nice tactile click to them. The hall effect joysticks are also buttery smooth so no need to worry about stick drift. Pick these up if you want something different to regular Nintendo joy cons.
