At just 105g, the Alpha 7R V cage minimizes added weight while its 2-point locking design ensures a rock-solid, deflection-free connection for your camera body, offering essential protection without compromise.
HawkLock Quick Release System: Built around the "HawkLock" NATO rail, the cage provides instant click-and-lock attachment for a full suite of accessories, such as side handles (ID 4485) and top handles (ID 4483) and monitor mounts (ID 4487), allowing for professional rig building in seconds. The bottom quick release plate can pair with the "HawkLock" H38 quick release mount plate for Arca-Swiss (ID 4486), enables rapid slide-in attachment with an auto-locking mechanism.
Compatibility For Arca-Swiss: The bottom quick release plate for Arca-Swiss guarantees seamless compatibility with a vast array of handheld, tripods, sliders, and gimbals (compatible with DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 Mini / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 Mini / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro), facilitating quick transitions across all shooting supports. The Cage enables fast installation for DJI gimbals without the need to remove their original quick-release plates, significantly improving setup efficiency during shoots.
Mutiple Interefaces: Equipped with a comprehensive array of 1/4"-20 threaded holes & 3/8"-16 locating holes for ARRI, along with a cold shoe (compatible with DJI Mic 2 and lights) and QD socket, the cage serves as a central hub for mounting microphones, lights, monitors, and straps.
Convenient Setup Experience: The base is also equipped with a magnetic Allen wrench for easy assembly and disassembly.
