The Latchback is a sliding patio door latch that was invented as a safety measure to prevent young children from exiting a sliding patio door and entering a pool area. Many municipalities have pool safety requirements that include a two way sliding door latch. It can also be used as a protective measure for special needs persons that are flight risks.

Installé sur une porte de 3/4 '' faut juste couper la tige centrale et les 2 vis. Pas eu besoin des spacers. Installé sur une porte qui ferme à gauche. Point négatif; profiteur. $125 pour ce bidule, c'est de la fraude. Mais pas le choix, c'est la seule place de dispo. Et le vendeur à pris 5 jours avant de le laisser au livreur. Très long temps de livraison

    This is a simple device that would normally cost $25, at most. Price has been jacked up because of demand (Canadian pool regulations).
