    I actually thought these were headphones designed to sleep in....there not, just ear plugs. So I wonder if anyone else has made that mistake? I won't use them, not going to go through the hassle if returning them. So I leave this reveiw as a heads up. I will try them to leave a honest review.........
    I did try them, they do come with many different tips but even with the right size the large circular bit had a peice of steel in it and most definitely not soft, and they actually made it difficult to sleep.
    I also had 'noise' in the background, and even though the do work standing up within seconds of lying down they would 'unseal' and not really be of any use to block sounds
    As a contractor a cheap pair of squishy earplugs you get for free will insert fully in the ear canal, not be sore and keep the noise out, plus have the added bonus of being thown away after use, or dropped etc. Hygiene is very important.
    Even here on 鶹 for the cost of these you can purchase several hundred soft earplugs, or better still a couple hundred individually packaged ones in pairs. Ideal for chucking a few in travel bags, gloves box's, tool box etc etc.

    ive tried a few things to help on restless nights, or when there've been folk outside making noise at 3am shouting about their kebabs

    to fight this i've mainly been listening to chilled music but a lot of the time that ends up being more of a distraction than anything

    these plugs have worked wonders for me - effectively subduing (most) noises and other distractions during the wee hours. there are plenty of tips (pictured) that get you the secure fit you deserve and the carry case that keeps things together (but one gripe would be that it's fairly small for my ginormous hands) - but that's just me (giant hands tbh)

    I was browsing 鶹 recently to see if there was a product that would reduce the traffic noise outside my property. I found these and they have been great. It comes in different sizes from XS to Large and can easily fit into the ears following their instructions. Once inserted I could already tell a difference, It reduced the car motion noise on the roads. They are comfortable and come with a small and portable case to store them in (which is a bonus). The only downside is it couldn’t completely eliminate all the noise outside of my property.
