A canine who is sprayed by this normally docile animal can suffer the toxic effects for months. The strong, musky scent emitted by the skunk can cause great physical and emotional trauma for your pet. You've tried the at-home concoctions, another store-bought dog spray for smelly dogs, but the only one that you will ever need is Skunk-Off liquid spray. Made with the world's most powerful degreasers, our De-Skunk spray efficiently and effectively breaks down and dissolves the oils that carry the volatile sulfur compounds that are the source of the skunk's horrible scent. --- Harsh On Odor, Gentle On Pets: It's safe to use on your pet, but also on everything your skunked pet comes in contact with like carpets, walls, furniture, tub, collar, and leash. It also works great as a general dog deodorizing spray and to remove cat urine. Since skunks often strike at inopportune times, you should always keep a spray bottle (or two) at hand for emergencies! When that unmistakable odor does follow your dog into the house, spray promptly as you would with any other dog spray.
