    I had been craving this particular cheese for years, but it's not available where i currently live. I used to buy the same size chunk for 7 or 8 dollars.... paying around $60 was a supreme indulgence, but worth it to satisfy the craving, I still have a bit left, it's like eating gold, imo, I enjoy eating it with fresh apple slices, tastes like a taffy apple. Treat yourself, you're worth it.
