I bought these for doing book art as in the picture. I had to snip pages hundreds of times and I was getting tender spots on my hands (if not blisters) when I was using scissors. These snips are a God-send. I could get very accurate cuts because of the thin/sharp blades. I got carpal tunnel surgery recently and I used them either hand while the other was recovering. I have opened bags in the kitchen, removed shrink wrap and various other things with them. Highly recommend and I'm buying a second pair for work. Far better than the ones I bought in the local store "viva infinite".
