    One day, in my happy little home, all the tape measures disappeared when I was trying to measure my little cat for an e-collar for an upcoming surgery. None in the sewing drawer, the junk drawer, the bathroom, kitchen or even the freezer...hmmm. So these were an Add On for I think $1.50 each, including the seam ripper. Seam rippers tend to dissppear as well - maybe the house spirits sew? In the past I've gotten the rather tiny tape measure with the breakable seam ripper, but these are not those. The measure is printed on both sides and is 60" long - one side inches, other side inches and centimeters! The only thing you have to watch is the metal tip on the end is canted - not a straigh surface. The seam ripper is two pieces so the sharp edge can be tucked away when not in use. Sweet!
