Directions

For every 4 ounces of liquid add 1 pump to get the consistency of mildly thick (nectar), 2 for moderately thick (honey) and 4 for extremely thick (pudding). For slightly thick, add 1 pump to 6 oz of beverage.

SimplyThick EasyMix bottle and pump is designed for simple, quick use in situations that require maximum flexibility in thickening. Fantastic for thickening beverages and foods for people on a dysphagia diet.

Use 1 pump stroke per 6 oz. of fluid to achieve IDDSI Level 1 - Slightly Thick consistency. Use 1 pump stroke per 4 oz. of fluid to achieve IDDSI Level 2 - Mildly Thick (nectar consistency). Use 2 pump strokes per 4 oz. of fluid to achieve IDDSI Level 3 - Moderately Thick (honey consistency). Use 4 pump strokes per 4 oz. of fluid to achieve IDDSI Level 4 - Extremely Thick (pudding consistency). Each Pump stroke yields 6 grams or 1 mounded teaspoon.

* Intended use: For people with dysphagia.
