Common Uses for Foil Tape:

From the construction industry or simply needing a strong packing material for your shipping items, foil tape combines the sealing and protective benefits of aluminum with the ease and use of tape.

    I'm assuming these rolls are cut off of one big long roll. Well, the blade must have been dull as there was so much pressure put on the cuts that it rounded both sides of the roll of metal so when you unroll a piece, the curved edge on both sides makes the metal tape curl up as you unroll it, and when you try to make it lay flat, it kinks and is ruined. I applied multiple pieces to try and get the tape to lay flat. Each piece looked so bad I pulled them off and threw them away. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

    In the bullet points, it says it's 0.038" thick. In the specifications, it says 0.0038". I measured it with a micrometer, and it's actually 0.0044" thick.

    Also, width is 3/4" (0.75").

    Otherwise, it worked fine for my purposes. Easy to cut with scissors. Also easy to crease or dent.
