You get a 4 star because the lid for the square silicone tray is useless as a lid. best to just put the lid on top of the tray after it has been placed in the ice box which will help from freezer burn or something falling in it. The size of the cubes are great. Little bit of difficulty getting them out of the tray but you'll figure the best way to do it eventually. I just ran water over it and they came out a little easier. I do like the round ball tray. Apart from them looking like the Death Star the tray is good so far and the lid for the tray is directional which helps from putting the lid on the wrong way and having a spill. I had a little spill and have learned.

I think for the novelty of the ice balls it is worth having. I wish there were more options to have a different package. Maybe 2 trays of ice balls, rather than one and one. I guess for 20 bucks it's cool to have. I use a couple of freezer bags to stock up on the supply. Oh and for me, it basically takes a day or a night to make a batch. So a few days to get a stock pile going. I would buy the ice balls again but I'm reserved on the square one. Can't buy one without the other in this case. So for these reasons I am in!
