First look:
The Silicone Pelvic Floor Muscle Exerciser came in a box (20.3 cm x 16.4 cm x 7 cm) with instructions and a grey drawstring pouch. The box says the set is BPA free.

The 7 dilators come in a zippered bag and when I opened it, there was a smell to them. Each dilator is a different colour so it's easy to remember which one you used last. The instructions say to wash each with mild soap and warm water after use.

Opinion:
I was confused when I ordered this set as I thought they were pelvic floor exercisers and would have Kegel exercises in the instructions. Instead it is a dilator set so I looked that up:
After menopause, things down south become drier, less elastic-y, narrower, and shorter. Using a dilator can help with these changes by slowly stretching it, starting with the smallest one and increasing the size over time as you feel more comfortable. The aim is to focus on relaxing your pelvic floor muscles after inserting the size that feels comfortable.
It was also mentioned that it’s better to use firm dilators made of hard plastic, not softer dilators like this one made of silicone because firm plastic dilators move and stretch the muscles better than silicone dilators.

The set seems to work as advertised and I really like the different colours rather than having just a number on to show the size difference. I don't really like the smell though. It is helpful to acknowledge that the silicone ones may not work as well as hard plastic ones.

Pelvic floor muscles represent muscles and connective tissues at the base of the pelvis that support the bladder, bowel, and uterus. These muscles play a crucial role in controlling bodily functions like urination and bowel movements, and they also support sexual function.

Medical specialists have noted a significant ongoing increase in women experiencing pelvic floor pain and dysfunction. Part of this might be attributable to Canada’s rapidly aging population where the median age for Canadian women is 44, the oldest in recorded history.

I also appreciate the varied pastel colours and the different sizes to make them easy to distinguish. There are instructions provided on how to use the dilators. My doctor recommended I pick up a set of these for building pelvic muscle strength to help reduce some recent pain. I don't find much use from the smallest few sizes, but the larger 3-4 are beneficial so far with kegel exercises. I do wish they numbered them; it is not super convenient to pull several out and compare the colours to the listing photos, or to pull a few out and visually compare them for size difference. I find they wash easily with soap and water, work well with a water-based lube, and overall seem great so far.
