1. Apply proper grease to the axle, avoiding too much or too little, to reduce friction and wear and avoid rusting

2. Use a taper tool to place the dust boot over the axle and fit snugly over the axle, with the smaller ports facing inward and the larger ports facing outward

3. Use cable ties and clamps to securely fasten the dust cover to the axle, confirm it is securely fastened and the installation is complete, note that not to over-tighten the dust cover to avoid loosening the dust cover and damaging the axle
