When my partner first bought these I was skeptical. The first time I tried cooking eggs (on a not-so-flat pan) the moulds didn't really work and the eggs leaked out through the bottom.
Later we got a Masterchef griddle which is a large, flat frying surface.
On that surface this product works really well. We get perfect egg rounds every time.
They look even better than what we get at fast food.
The size is just a little smaller than your typical English muffin, so if you're doing muffin-style breakfast sandwhiches, these moulds are perfect.
Cleanup is easy, IF you properly oil the insides of the moulds before cracking the egg in.
Failure to do so WILL lead to stuck-on bits of cooked egg, but even they come off relatively easily with light scrubbing (rinsing doesn't get cooked egg off).
We oil ours liberally and if there's no cooked egg stuck afterwards they go straight in the dishwasher.
