This kit was amazing. Everything is in one module, wiring diagram was simple to follow. I added keyless entry to my 1991 Trans Am in under one hour. Effective range is decent too, about 50 feet.

    I bought this to install on my 1999 Ford E350 motorhome. The instructions are vague and would not have been helpful to make this system work. YouTube has an excellent video on how to ensure this works for Ford. Search “How I installed keyless entry for my truck.” Tony’s car care sells his direct harness for over $400. I highly recommend buying this product at no where near that cost and it works PERFECTLY.

    Product had power to it, but could not get doors to lock or unlock. Using light pen to detect power there was power to the running light indicator (brown wires) when the remote was pushed, but never to the white or white/black to operate the door locks. Maybe mine was just a dud. Good thing it wasn’t expensive.

    Easy to install if you know automotive electrical and have access to wiring diagrams of your car.
    Once finished installing it I tested it and walked the full football field in front of my house and it still worked. I gave up going further.
    The fobs are good too. They look like Kia or Hyundai fobs from 15 years ago :)

    Been using it in my sienna for a while now works great, still has crazy range. My vehicle uses a 'ground operated' power locking system. So I spliced into the passenger door's lock button, because it's the easiest way my button only had 3 wires, all of which you need, ground/lock/unlock wires. then you need to run a 12v constant cuz most cars don't have 12v constant in the doors just 5v signal wire which won't work, will need to tap into a 12v constant fuse in the kick panel making sure its tapped into the protected blade of the fuse, run it threw the door. which is the hardest part my door harness is a nightmare to get into, so I went a different route I remembered i closed the power window relay so my power windows will work even when the keys off that gave me constant 12v in the door 😁
