    Taste is quite nice - earthy, slightly sweet, almost chocolatey. I add it to my morning non-caffeinated coffee (chicory root coffee) and get a slight boost in energy. I suppose if I consumed more, I'd have a bigger boost. Too early to see if it is boosting my long-term health, but it's a nice feeling to know that it likely is!

    Not pure shilajit, as it claims... 100/500 mg is a blend of other things. These are the ingredients (it should list this somewhere here but doesn't):

    Shilajit resin, ashwagandha root extract (with 5% withanolide), turmeric root extract, curculigo orchiodes extract, tribulus terrestris extract.

    People are not paying this much for a blend of cheap/easily available herbs, this is not honest advertising. The resin tastes like chocolate and syrup (not sure if thats how its supposed to taste because it's my first time trying this), and the 'scoop' is two mini popsicle sticks (how is this supposed to be kept germ free?)
